24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Notification: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment.

 

Cancellation Fee: Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to $75.

 

No-Shows: No-shows, or clients who miss their appointment without prior notification, will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

 

Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late for their appointment may have their service time reduced or may need to reschedule, to ensure that subsequent clients are not impacted. Charges will still apply for the full service booked.

 

Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you experience an emergency situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

 

Booking: When booking an appointment, clients are required to pay for the services at the time of booking to secure their reservation.

 

Reminders: As a courtesy, DMV Body Sculpting may send appointment reminders 24 to 48 hours in advance, but the responsibility to remember and manage appointments ultimately lies with the client.

 

Policy Acceptance: By booking an appointment with DMV Body Sculpting, clients agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
