Summary

All payments are final and non-refundable. Within 30 days of purchase, we’re happy to help you reschedule or convert unused services to a store credit (before the first service is rendered). No cash refunds, ever.

What This Covers

This policy applies to all purchases made online or in-studio, including services, deposits, packages, memberships, gift cards, and training. No refunds will be issued for any of the

above.

30-Day Window (Credits & Flexibility)

If you have not received any service yet, you may request store credit for the amount paid within 30 days of purchase. Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and expires 12 months from issue.

Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Deposits secure your spot and are non-refundable. Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit deposits and

incur fees.

Packages & Memberships

Packages and memberships are final sale and non-refundable. No partial refunds for unused sessions. Packages expire in 12 months and cannot be shared or transferred.

Retail Products

All product sales are final. Defective items or adverse reactions may be exchanged within 7 days with receipt for an identical item or store credit at our discretion.

Medical & Safety Exceptions

If you are found ineligible before your first session, we can convert your payment to store credit or offer a service swap. For verified medical emergencies, credits or extensions may

apply.

Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

All promotional pricing, flash sales, and gift cards are final sale. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks after receiving or booking services violate this policy. DMV Body Sculpting provides signed forms and records to contest disputes.

Payment Methods & Plans

We accept all major payment methods. Missed payments may pause services until balances are current. No refunds for partial payments.

Changes to This Policy

DMV Body Sculpting & Skin Care reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The latest version will always be posted on the official website.
